We Start with a Free 30-Minute Call – No pressure, no sales pitch – just a real conversation to understand what you need and see if we’re the right fit.

2️⃣ Remove Mental Blocks & Overthinking – Spot blind spots, challenge limiting beliefs, and refine your thinking patterns.
3️⃣ Reframe Your Mindset & Strengthen Decision-Making – Shift perspectives and change how you think.
4️⃣ Develop & Execute a High-Performance Plan – Build a clear, structured roadmap with actionable steps.
5️⃣ Optimise, Track, and Keep Improving – Continuous refinement to ensure long-term success.
Coaching is £150 per session or 5 sessions for £500 (Save £250).
If after 5 sessions you’re not seeing progress, I offer a 50% refund – because coaching should deliver real results.
